Plastic granulator (water ring cutting)
Uses: Horizontal water ring cutting extrusion granulator is mainly used for the regeneration and granulation of high density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and other films or crushed materials.
Features:
1. The plastic is scraped off by a knife in the melt state and solidified by circulating cooling water. In the melt state, the pellets will not form any dust, the quality of the slicing is good, and the pellets are of regular shape, and the packaging and transportation are convenient.
2. According to the extrusion volume, it can automatically adjust the die output and the cutting speed to change the cutting size.
3. Horizontal water ring pelletizing directly pellets and cools the plastic melt. After being dehydrated by a high-speed dehydrator, it can effectively remove the moisture of the finished pellets, and the drying effect is good. The follow-up is equipped with a vibrating screen to classify and cool the particles, and the impurity and fine materials are automatically discharged, which makes the automatic operation of the granulation process more convenient.
